MY STORY

I didn’t get here by accident. I got here by showing up—again and again, even when the doors didn’t open the first time. Or the second. Or the fifth.

For over 30 years, I’ve been working behind the scenes and at the forefront of one of the toughest industries in the world: music. I’ve navigated boardrooms, studios, backstages, and breakdowns. I’ve fought for artists before it was trendy, built companies when I was the only woman (and the only Black woman) at the table, and I’ve started over more than once—each time with more grit, more heart, and more clarity.

Alison Ball Media is the culmination of a career built from passion, resilience, and real-world experience. I’ve led record labels, launched global music tech platforms, managed artists, negotiated seven-figure deals, and helped shape the soundtracks of people's lives. But more than anything, I’ve been a connector—of talent, of vision, of opportunity.

This work has never been about chasing fame. It’s about building legacies. About making sure that talented voices get heard, get paid, and get protected. It’s about doing the work the right way—with integrity, empathy, and the long game in mind.

I’m still that same woman who showed up early, stayed late, and gave my all to the dream—only now, I’m building something even bigger. Something that brings together business, creativity, ownership, and culture under one roof.

This isn’t just what I do. It’s who I am.

Let’s build something legendary.
